To be able to go to this park you must be a Greenwich resident??? Or can anyone come visit this park???

In the winter everyone can go. In the summer nonresidents need a day pass

To access the park you'd need either a park pass, which you could obtain through Greenwich residency, or a day pass, which you could purchase during weekdays. More information is available at the Parks and Rec Greenwich website!
