This answer is going to say the same thing Nicole said. When you place an order online you get a number that number is used for tracking. You use this number to find out where it is.
Robert, when placing an order online the give you a set of numbers your "tracking number" then you can go back to the page and use that code/numbers to see where it is. If you don't have it then your not likely going to know till it arrives at your house or Wal-Mart. Whichever place you've had it delivered too.
