Is this place always so chronically understaffed? Just spent 10 minutes watching 2 ladies frantically make orders, they didn't even have time to turn around and see the line waiting.

Often they are out of bagels after 11:00 and can't believe you are irritated about it. A bagel place out of bagels, seems normal.
