Can you stay at the campground year-round. I am inquiring a camper that is there on your grounds. He tell's me it is 150 dollars monthly. I am getting ready to retire and would like to stay there year-round.

Yes you can stay year round I believe it is 2000 or 2500 to stay a year

There is one or two that stay year round. You would need to talk with the owner Scot. Very nice guy.

Not sure what the montly rates may be on that. But, he is a bussiness man. A phone call about what your thinking would not be a waste of time. Very nice place to camp and leave a camper though.
