Does anyone know if their injera is 100% Teff/ gluten free? Or do we need to ask for that in advance?

Yes my son had the gluten-free injera (hundred percent teff flour) and had no reaction is He Is Gluten Sensitive. You do have to ask in advance though as they only make very limited quantity of this and can sell out
