Is there a Old Navy Store?

No Old Navy .There Is an old Navy at gateway plaza down the street in Everett

I did not see an Old Navy either....

There are 40 stores in Assembly Row, but Old Navy is not one of them. There is an Old Navy in Gateway Center across the Mystic River from Assembly Row.

I didn't see Old Navy there.
