Kilchis Point is a protected reserve so NO fishing or hunting is allowed on the Reserve but there are places nearby. Tillamook County Pioneer Museum
Not sure but since it is a preserve i would don't it. However there are areas nearby that others have enjoyed fishing from. A short drive away is Miami Foley, Garibaldi, Tillamook, and a few others.
