Not a place to bring young kids. Would ruin the vibe of the place. It's a darkly lit cocktail lounge...
Not sure why anyone would want to bring kids to a bar, and I certainly wouldn't want kids present at any bar I attend, but I would call and ask them directly before showing up with any children. This is a bar after all, not a family restaurant.
Patrons under 21 are not allowed in the establishment
They have non-alcoholic drinks, specified in the menu as "for kids", so I would say you could. However, I am not sure if Virgin ice cream drinks are a part of that. You might have better luck at Oscar's, Kopp's or Culver's for that sort of thing.
Only if they are strapped into a stroller. Otherwise leave them home.
No
It's always up to the owner of the bar so I would call and double-check
I think so.
