Not when i was there last 6 months ago. They do have a $1 off coupon for each time you go. That place is really busy too so even if you did get a one-month pass you might not be able to make it in there enough to make it worth your while.
Mister Car Wash on South 43rd St. by Miller Park is an excellent car wash that has an unlimited wash pass. Starting at $19.95 a month. Awesome car wash.
