You can take online orders to any store, you just need tgr invoice. They will trouble shoot the issue or get you a new item within the first 14 days, otherwise you need ti go through the manufacturer. There is a less than 1% defective rate on those so most likely it is a simple fix
You better hope & pray it’s not an outdated computer & they sold you a bogus warranty! You should first call the Factory to get all the specifics! Once that factory warranty run out Office Depot is going to screw you ! You have 14 days from when you buy it to take it back ! O hope a tech did not set it up because if so they can remotely be in your company
