Yes they start at 12, but I know that they limit what they are able to get. I know lobes are fine, helix should be okay but I would call to double check. You will also have to bring ids and documentation proving she is your daughter. Something that has both of your last names on it. I'd ask about this also when you call. Just want to set you up for success.
