Its true Hsu's is very good. However, if your lady is from H.K. she might not be impressed with the food as it is tailored to American palate and is reserved and limited in offerings. Without disrespecting Hsu's by listing other restaurants, I will simply suggest you look towards Buford hwy or Cheshire Bridge for authentic Chinese offerings that cater to the diverse taste of the Asian palate and specifically the discerning sensibility of a H.K. native.

When I was there it was filled with Oriental customers, which told me it was better than most. The Crispy Duck was excellent..
