This is a public park but there is a boat launch there that is private property, past the large green space to the left if you are looking at the lake. I believe it is owned by the nearby condos. I have always assumed that is what the no trespassing sign is for. I believe there is a stone launch area near the kayak/conoe storage, which is the "lake access." There is a bench in front of it! As for parking, there is street parking at the head of the trail on Bridge Rd. or parking in the residential area on the other side. The park itself is only accessible by the path from there. Hope that is helpful!
Yes, what Colins said
Yes that helps, although I didn't see parking on Bridge Rd. And no the no trespassing sign was on the path to the south, marked as a park trail on Google Maps. But only as you left the park, not as you headed towards the park from the parking lot Google directs you to (also didn't see no trespassing signs along the road).
