I've also been there,close at 10,and still open at 1030
I work at a restraunt and if we don't have any customers at about thirty minutes until we close, we just lock the doors and start packing everything up because it takes a while to clean the kitchen. This is probably what happened to you, I'm sorry to hear that.
If they are slow they probably just close the doors. If it was snowing they closed early
