Every class has a coach. They are there teach you the workout but most importantly to correct your form so you do not get injuried.
Yes. They show you have to properly use the equipment. Prevent you from injuries you may obtain from using incorrect form. Also if they are any exercises you can't do for any reason they will take the time to show you modified exercises. As for the price... you have to come to the studio to get the rates. Rates depend on promotions and how many classes you intend to take.
