They aren't consistent with their stock .You can go there this week and they have what you are looking for but 2 weeks from now it's no longer available.
They purchase stock from other retailers. So yes stock changes all the time. Just have to frequently.
Products change all the time. If you have celiac disease then I would stick to your usuals. If you don't have celiac disease then you probably could get away with what they do have it is just a deep discount grocery store. A lot of items are out of date or will be. But most foods you can eat way past the date they put on them just so you keep restocking your shelves.
