Genuine question, does the phone number actually work or is it more of a display number? I get that the staff can be busy and won't be able to pick up, however there's no voicemail set up either.

You shouldn't need to call and ask about hours of operation, they are 24 hours. And it's been FCFS for decades!

really I think it's just for display because Ive called before and got nothing also.
