Does the mall have parking/ free parking or paid parking and if so pricing and do they offer validation for employees

There are two parking garages rates go from $3 for less than an hour to $30 overnight or lost ticket. There is restaurant validation for a couple of the restaurants but only for the lower garage.

I think it has underground parking. Should be paid.
