I didn't use the rest rooms I had to use the elevator, because I'm in a wheelchair.
Bathrooms get closed for cleaning and service if you waited 20 minutes and didn't find another restroom that was in service you just had time on your hands there is way more than one bathrooms at Rosedale and you just had nothing else to do.
