What stores are in the mall?

Macy's, gnc, New Dimension Comics - Ohio Valley, Boscov's, men's warehouse, the children's place, gamestop, Andrew's jewelers, kitchen collection, justice, buckle, Victoria Secret and pink, American Eagle Outfitters, Yankee Candle, Steve's sports cards, Pat Catan's Craft Center, Sears, AT&T, Toys"R"Us, rapture vapor, Spencer's, Clairs, and Kmart

There is no Target at the Ohio Valley Mall. There is one, however, at the Highlands in Tridelphia, WVa. Perhaps that is how this person got confused?

Also there is a Lowes and a Stables... Check it out yourself.

I would say tharlt Rebecca just about covered it. ☺ Across the street is Target, Walmart, Petsupply, Kroger and about 10 other stores as well. They are more in a strip mall unlike Ohio Valley that is enclosed.
