Why is some of these homes dumps and nothings done when the park owns them.They only complain as soon as they sell them to someone.Continueous money scam.Keep selling them.

That's how a lot of these trailers are. A family friend bought a trailer from these people and they never told her about all the problems wrong with it until after they bought it. They are just money hungry out there. They've also increased the lot rent three times in the past 3 months. Apparently it's because the sewage keeps going up as well but no proof has been shown that this is actually true. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

You have a right to speak with the utility commissions concerning the sewage and rent increase. The trailers are sold as is. Bring ppl with you whip can help you investigate the electric water lines and so on. Car dealers don't tell you the power steering is out till it happens.
