You can make an appointment, but they won't honor it. It is still first come, first serve.
It's great to have an appointment because those customers are the first to get served. Going in without an appointment is good for small, quick, turnaround jobs like an oil change or get 1 or 2 tires. Anything beyond that, get an appointment. They were very helpful to me when I had to get 4 tires and my no-flats were giving them trouble, even went to another Mavis for help. Customer service was definitely tops, always communicated where the process was.
almost all businesses now want an appointment. We have specific tire replaced specifics. They have to order ahead what we need. Last time it was three days and several calls before we actually got to change out our tires. They said they had them in when in fact they did not. Someone didn't check when we asked them to
Yep you can walk in, however even as a walk in they will tell you to get there before 8:00 am. I'd rather have an appointment just to be safe
You can do either, no matter what you will wait an extremely long time. I had an appointment and waited 9 hours and my vehicle still wasn't ready and they chose not to tell me until it was time to close my car was in the air and I had to call a ride to come get me. Maybe I'm not the person to ask because I had a very bad experience there
You can walk in. They will be happy to help. Its Mavis/Kauffman now and they have the lowest deals in town
