The costumer service rude ... she threw the food at someone and she made someone wait 30 for two things they did not treat us in the correct manner costumer service is Not exceptional

I am McDonald's biggest customer, I love the Big Mac, but you would think by now they would get the right buns for it, as soon as you take the first bite the bread disintegrates , making the whole experience unpleasant

I feel so sorry for the bad experience. But you should ask to speak with the head maneger inmedialy . Next time you around pls no haister to ask to with manager for any situation tks
