Do you need to have a winch?

It's not required, but it's a good idea to have one for some of the trails.

You are not required a winch, but it's a good idea to have at least 1 winch equipped vehicle in your group of 2 or more required vehicles.

Some trails do require a winch but it will say it

It's not mandatory. Just make sure not to go on any black or red trails without someone in your group with a winch.
