No you must be in groups of 2 on the trails. Several times you can hook up with someone in the parking lot.

If you are referring to both vehicles being driven on the trails then the answer is yes. As long as you go out in a group of at least 2 vehicles then you can go out in your own group. Come in the office and get checked in then they will give you maps of the property so you can get your way around.
