Do you have to walk across the river to get to this campsite? It looks like the road is on the north side of the river and the campground is on the south bank of the river.

Go ,across the street is an old growth jungle.

It is on the north bank of the river. It is a very nice set of campsites. FYI - you have to drive in from Skykomish and not from Index. The road from Index has been damaged and probably will not be repaired. Have fun.
