Is there a dump station?

There is a dump station at the campground

They have one at the Lake that's for Lake clean-up. But, you can't use to take your personal garbage from home. (Some would probably try) But, if you're camping at the Bluestone State Park Campground which is located a few miles from the lake, they have dumpsters for campers to use. I'm sure that you're aware that camping is prohibited at the main Lake entrances. Some are unaware of this that travel from out of town.
