Yes you can purchase w/o a medical card. They however do not take debit or credit cards. Cash only. Atm on site for you to get cash😊

Yes, recreational can be purchase without a card but is taxed more than medical which requires a medical card. If you are asking if you can use a debit/credit card, they are cash only but they also have ATMs (<$3 fee) inside if you forgot cash.
