It does appear that way, though I haven't seen anything posted.
There hasn't been an announcement that the mall is closing presently. However I wouldn't be surprised if it does close or there's a change in retailers. I regularly visit the restaurants and movie theater. However when it comes to the retail stores I'm buying something special for family or myself.
Eventually, this will probably not make it but I have heard no plans so far.
