I don't remember a playground. Unless ot was the opposite side of the building from the hotel rooms and outdoor bar. I do remember them having a coloring book menu for kids, though.
I did not see a playground when I went there last. They did have a lot of kids there. They were very accommodating to my friend's one year old giving him a high chair and separate bowl so his mom could give him some of her food.
