I'm not one to know either but I at least know you'd need a prescription and a prescription requires a valid medical reason (or a convincing reason), and I think they'd expect a referral from a primary care provider. I'm sure they have certain standards they follow for such prescriptions, but there are also nonprescription options that you don't need the hospital for.
