I've seen people turned away that are too casual. Jeans may be okay with a collared shirt and loafers.. dress shoes.
Smart casual
Casual is not ok actually I frequent there and friends have been tuned away in khakis. Shorts a absolute no. Business dinner attire.
Business casual. You don't need a suit and tie.

It's a steakhouse in Beverly Hills. Dress nice. Jackets not required though
