Yes, the food court is accessible to the outside to the right of the front entrances, and you don't need a membership to get in line and purchase items. The seating is all outside of the warehouse, so there are sometimes issues with pigeons. During the pandemic the rules have changed. They took away the tables to prevent on site dining, by order of the health department. If you eat there both you and the store may each face a $500.00 fine. If the tables are out, they may have rescinded this rule. Also, you must show your membership card before ordering.
