I'd suggest contacting the Woburn Daily Times & Chronicle, the newspaper for the area. It's located on Wildwood St. Woburn, MA. They will have photos and info. I am 99% sure that the building was sold by the S.O.Italy during the past year or so. The Times will be your best bet.
