It is a nice place, but there are several others that I prefer in Atlanta. Hal's, Rathbun Steak, American Cut, STK Atlanta, Marcel, Ray's in the City, etc.
I visited on a Monday night a couple of weeks ago...there were quite a few couples on dinner dates, so I would assume it's a good choice.
