I was there over the weekend on Sunday to be exact, and to my surprise that cooks that were supposed to be there at 7 am still had not shown up by 11:30 am when our reservation was set, was this just a fluke or will this be an ongoing issue?

I have never experienced this issue and I am a regular. I hope this does not become an issue. Would hate to have to leave this establishment. I hope they compensated you in some way.

Most likely a fluke. I eat there regularly and do not experience issues but I would shove my boot up where the Sun does not shine if I'm mislead.
