Got here 10 minutes before the scheduled closing time and the location is closed. The staff is inside however the drive thru is closed and the doors are locked. Drove about 20 minutes to get here. Sad to see them treat peaple like this

Or the one in New Rochelle. Never had a problem there. But this Central Avenue location has been terrible and incompetent for years now. And even though management is willing to help, they are just as incompetent as the staff. It's unfortunate that you drove so far for that to happen, but count your blessings. It probably would've been way worse and upsetting for you had they had the doors open.

Best Taco Bell in Westchester is in Yorktown.
