Yes , It is Open, and food looks great.... Place looks impeccable and it was fairly busy for a Tuesday Night @ 5:30 pm. ... did not stay to eat, so can NOT comment on taste just yet. I just went by and took a look a things. Promises to be a great place to take family out dinner.
