Yes. The costs is $25 for cats $40 for dogs. If you found an animal and turn it in its free. Its more like a donation because were a nonprofit organization.

I have never surrendered an animal. The people there are very nice. You can call and ask.

That's the one I found we got our cat from their very nice people.
