Someone dropped off a stray kitten at our house and I think she might be pregnant. Will Strayhaven take her without euthanizing her? She's very friendly and loves our dog. That's why I think she belonged to someone. I've adv. her but no one's resp.

Yes they will take her. They are also a no kill shelter so you don't have to worry about that.

It depends on how full they are, but just call them and ask. Even if they are too full, they may recommend another place nearby.
