They are two different levels of gaming. The resort is also 21 and over to be on the gaming floor. At Seneca Gaming and Entertainment you only need to be 18 to go on gaming floor or play Bingo or Poker.
One is a bingo hall the other is the hotel and casino you dont get points for the big casino from the bingo hall
The entertainment place is Bingo based and in an entirely different building down the road.
