Very unsatifed . The last two times I have been to Tim hortin,s on Foote ave in Jamestown N.Y. the first time the girl at the window did nothing but swear and complain about the customers. Today I go there and waited 10 minutes for 3 sandwiches.

If you have issue report it to the manager that is working that shift. They will figure out way to make it right and revolve the issue with the employee.

I like Foote Avenue cause you don't have long lines through the drive thru. Maybe the girl was having a bad day but should not be saying things in front of customers. It's not fast food. They make everything fresh. Takes time to cook things.

This shop is not a full-service shop, and you should NOT have anyone swearing, ever! The owners should be made aware of it. Their company name and contact info are on the drive thru window (last I knew). Let them know so they can fix their problem. Hope that helps--you can look on Google for contact info, all 5 shops are owned by same family!
