The wildlife center does! Keep in mind that most fledgelings are not abandoned, and are still being cared for by their parents even though they are hopping on the ground. There is lots of excellent info on their website here: https://www.humaneanimalrescue.org/wildlife-rehabilitation-center/wildlife-center-faq/ If you're certain it's abandoned, or if it's injured, you can bring it to the wildlife center and they will be happy to get it rehabbed and back in the wild soon!
