I have never had an issue getting an answer when I have calld. They might have been extremely busy or away from the service desk depending in the time you called. Either way, sorry for your bad experience. You should definitely let the store supervisor know about the issue.
Lol that is a problem with most Wal-Marts. They aren't to quick answering phones
