I recently bought a number of pipes that can be recharged. I cannot get them to work they are supposed to turn certain colors which I think are green blue and red. What am I doing wrong and how do I get them to work

2 clicks starts preheating. 3 clicks changes temps.

5 turns on/off, three changes temp, 2 starts heating. Don't forget to clean it with an alcohol pad when needed.

Click the button five times to turn it on and off. Three clicks changes color/heat level green is low, blue is med, and red is hot. Press the button two times and it will continually heat for 15 sec. Or it may be 2 changes heat and three does the heating cycle.
