Since no one will answer any of these numbers! Are unused tickets refundable and how do I go about it?

I don't believe tickets are refundable, but perhaps you can get new tickets issued for another date in exchange.

I'm pretty sure I saw a sign posted at the gate stating that tickets are non refundable when I was there Monday.

Usually tickets are non-refundable but there should be a place on their website to send an email for an answer.
