Yes you can, you just have to show them your membership card.

No you can't. I was just there Sunday. I called the Zoo and ask them how to reserve tickets for the discount using my zoo pass from my local zoo. They said that they are not honoring it this year. I was in hold for approximately 50 minutes to get that answer from a zoo associate.
