Yes, they are $35 to rent. Have a decent amount of them. It's possible on an extremely busy day they would be all rented. Might want to call before you arrive to make sure.

They actually charge handicapped people to rent a cart. That's awful that they do that. I know now my mother and my kids will not be going for this reason alone.

Yes. $35 per day per scooter. They have a lot of them ... but not unlimited. If you need or require a scooter you should get there early. Arriving noon or later and they may all be rented ... especially on weekends.
