Do they offer low cost neuter for dogs .. or by donation . I was not able to find any information on that Thanks!

They will do it by income. You just have to fill out papers n theyll set u up your apt. Hope this helps!

They're always looking for donations as far as doing private new rings and stuff they are not a Veterinary Clinic so they only deal with the dogs that they have if you get a dog from them you probably will have to pay the fee for them being spayed or neutered if they were done by them
