Or maybe it's because people come and order ten slushies on one order on top of the coffees already ordered and there's only one machine to make those drinks and it take 45 seconds to mix.. and it's hard to hear people making orders in drive thru when they talk on their phones or have the radio on and whisper into the the mic
Same reason they park you for a cup of water then bring a happy meal instead of water.
I would of asked management As I was in the car line waiting if,there was one and then open food,and my burger is not how I ordered as always......they told me they had ran out and,had to refill.
That would have been a great question to ask management while you were waiting for your slushie
